Inlet Reef has 114 privately owned units with 65 units offered by owners for short term vacation rentals year- round.

Amenities abound – beach access; beach rental service for umbrellas, chairs, kayaks and paddle boards; pool; hot tub, fitness center, newly remodeled tennis and pickleball courts; shuffleboard; bike rentals; outdoor charcoal BBQ grills; saunas in the pool bathrooms; rental facility for parties, wedding receptions and meetings, and beach wedding ceremonies are permitted (times vary per season). IRC is not a pet friendly property for renters and guests. with the exception of 5 units: 109, 210, 217, 408, & 616.
