  • Inlet Reef Club is a gated community with onsite security guards. A pin code is required to enter the property. 
  • Community is monitored 24/7 through cameras located throughout the property. All digital feed is stored for use and review.

  • Newly remodeled tennis and pickleball courts.
  • Newly refurbished shuffleboard courts with equipment located in the cabinet next to the hot tub. 
  • 5 Outdoor charcoal grills. 
  • Bike rentals available on property. 
  • Bagged Ice is available for purchase on property. Ice machine located in gulf side garage 
  • Community Room available for rent for wedding receptions, parties and meetings for owners, guests and renters. Security is required for length of event at lessee’s expense for certain events. Rental deposit is required. Trash removal and cleaning fee will be deducted from deposit in the event that the room is not returned to its original condition. 
  • Beach wedding ceremonies permitted. Hours differ between seasons.

pet policy

Only Owners are permitted to have 2 dogs on property as long as their combined weight is 80 pounds or less. All pets must be registered with our Property Manager with shot records and a picture. While on property all pets must be on a leash and display an IRC lanyard. It is the owner’s responsibility to clean up after their pets. There is a pet waste station located on each side of the property. Pets are not permitted on the beach, in the pool area, fitness center or the tennis courts. 


Renters are only permitted to have dogs in the following units: 408, 109, 210, 217, 616, 316.

These dogs should be registered with the Community Manager and display a lanyard to denote that they have been registered.

  • Louisianna Lagniappe: Located right on the water, Louisiana Lagniappe is a beloved spot for both locals and  visitors.
  • La Paz for Mexican food.
  • The Local Market next to La Paz is great for breakfast and lunch. Close and quick for great coffees, breakfast favorites and hearty sandwiches and specialties for lunch.
  • Jersey Mikes
  • The Pancakery of Destin for breakfast.
  • Mimmos is located across HYW 98 in the shopping center is a wonderful Italian Restaurant
  • The Harbor Restaurants include Harry T’s, AJ’s, Harbor Tavern, Margaritaville, Tailfins Waterfront Grill, The Edge, The Red Door
  • McGuire’s Irish Pub located across from the harbor is a Destin Favorite for burgers, steaks, and traditional Irish fare. With its quirky decor, including thousands of dollar bills hanging from the ceiling, McGuire's is a must visit in Destin.
